Knowing where we had a great burrito after landing, would have saved us a few trips into random towns as we retraced our steps back toward Sydney. But after speaking to a random person 20 ks from it and telling them it had a book shop next door we nailed it and back we went for another one. Smashed Avocado, Spinich, Onion Ring, Crisp Bacon and Scrambled Eggs marveloso!
It was 240k overall to reach our next home and it is a great place, like we like. We went to the supermarket right off the bat and filled the fridge up.
This complex has the largest pool in Australia, with an island in the middle on which a lot of apartments are situated. We are not on that, but do have a place where the pool is at the bottom of the garden.
Computer is hooked up to a big tv. Not always been the case on this trip. Have been using it to play games of course, but watched a little international Croquet as well.
Having rested up, we set off in the car to explore the nearby beaches before having dinner. We are a long way down a peninsular that faces another peninsular. The beaches have fine white sand but not looked after. Several rest areas and car parks are dotted along the roads but it is not such a good choice as the pool and nearby fridge available where we stay.
Exploring attractions here boils down to Dolphin and Whale watching. But we looked at YouTube of the actual boat and are thinking we will give it a miss.
Nelson Bay is the nearby large town. I expect we will venture in there tomorrow if only to get Mazzy2 a full tank.
